The details
Because a wedding day consists of so much more than just the ceremony and reception, I prefer to begin documenting your day as early as possible. That means that as soon as you’re comfortable having me around, I’d like to be there. That way I don’t miss anything. And I’ve found that some of the best images–and the ones that mean the most to my clients–are those that are captured during those odd hours well before the wedding, when everyone’s just hanging out with family and friends. Lastly, I don’t end my coverage until your wedding reception has completely wound down, with the lights flipped back on and everyone heading for their cars. Basically, I want to document the entire day–because that’s all part of your wedding day story, and that’s ultimately what I’m hoping to document in the best way I can.
A few weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive all your photographs (usually about 800 to 1,200) on a DVD, complete with copyright permission, allowing you to use them as you wish.
In addition, you’ll also receive a second DVD that features a custom slideshow (set to your favorite music) telling the story of your wedding day.
For those interested in engagement shoots, sessions usually run about three hours, which gives us time to visit several locations. A few weeks afterward, I’ll send you a DVD with about 100 to 200 photographs, also with copyright permission, allowing you to use them as you wish.
Travel fees
Anything within 30 miles of Lexington (including Richmond and Frankfort) is complimentary, with no travel charge. Outside of that range, however, I do assess a travel fee. If your city isn’t on the list, just let me know the location and I’ll be happy to provide a price quote.
Louisville & Cincinnati————$100
Bowling Green & Knoxville——-$300
